Our study on the effect of different N-glycan pattern on the function and plasma half life of interleukin-6 has been published in Angewandte Chemie International Edition, which you can find here. The work was performed together with the group of our long-time collaborator Carlo Unverzagt from the University of Bayreuth. A press release from the Medical Faculty of the OVGU can be read here.

We could contribute to a clinical study on the inhibition of IL-6 trans-signaling in patients with active inflammatory bowel disease, which was just recently published in Gastroenterology. The paper can be found here, and the press release in German from Kiel University can be found here.
